WARRANTY

We offer 30 days limited Warranty on our products and Full Manufacturer Warranty from 1-3 Years.

Please ready manual and warranty information once product received.

We are not responsible for wrong or incorrect shipping address, Please check again for shipping address.

REFUND :

Please submit RMA to our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box.
We Must receive items in 14 days after we send RMA numbers.
 
Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. 
For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured or add tracking service UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods. 

Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

We can not accept any returns open items on skin care products, Hair Chemicals, hair brushes, nail polish or makeup.

Wrong Or DOA Products :

Must Contact us in 3 days after receive product.
Please Contact us for exchange, Once we receive item, we will issue refund for the return cost and
send you replacement without any charge.

Not Working in 30 days :

Submit for RMA for replacement
(Customer must pay for shipping cost for replacement.)

After 30 days :

Please contact manufacturer for warranty replacement or repair.

International Order : Must Pay for both way shipping cost on all condition (DOA, in 14 days)
